Faq

For small orders, usually a week or two weeks is sufficient. All deposits are due when making your reservations. If you cancel your event within 3 days of booking your reservation, your deposit will be refunded, otherwise, it will be forfeited. If you book your inflatable within the week of your reservation date, the deposit is nonrefundable .if you cancel for any reason other than weather on the day of your event, full payment is due.
We accept cash and debit/credit cards. If paying with cash, please note that our drivers' don't carry change. Payment is due at the time of set up or you can always pre pay your balance prior to the day of your event by calling our office.
There is a delivery charge which is determined by the renter's location (ZIP Code). Except for inflatables, the delivery charge does not include set up and breakdown of the rented items. Rental items will be dropped off and stacked at a convenient ground level area on the renters property and should be ready for pickup from the same point.
Our machines come with a serving size of 50, additional serving of can be provided at $20/50 servings.
